The project has 2 main folders - Framework and Demos.
By deleting the Framework folder, you delete the entire system.
You can safely delete the Demo folder. But keep in mind that this folder contains components that you may need in the future (animations, sounds, effects, etc).
After you create weapons, characters, or opponents, another folder called Prefabs will appear there.
In the Demo folder, you will find several demo scenes for single-player and multiplayer games, as well as for various integrations.
